Hi….. Its been a while. Well Today we went swimming at The Spring Lake Aquatic Center. It was The BEST TIME in my life . There’s a Lazy river, a humongous slide, lily pads, and the bucket. Oh yeah they have a new thing too… a basketball hoop. We learned the side stroke,and the back stoke. Well Bye!!!!!

Hello again it’s me Megan. Today I am writing to you about Mackinaw Island Trip. I heard by some people you can be paired up with your best friend,eat delicious food, and go to some cool places! We are going to Mackinac Island on May 26-27!!!!

We have been exploring websites for kids. There are many websites out on the internet that kids learn, explore, and connect with other kids, and PLAY!

My choice is a website that can teach kids math, reading, and science.

I like it because you can have fun while you learn!

We have been working on book talks for our Holmes Book Fair.

I have read and wrote a book talk for Fancy Nancy sees Stars. By Jane O’Connor.

It is realistic fiction and its about Nancy. Nancy wants to go to the Planetarium, but it gets rained out.

I have Book Baggie Book that I can read independently. I want to share it with you!! The title of my book is Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire. It is written by J.K. Rowling. This story is about Harry at Hogwarts School Of Witch Craft And Wizerding. He has 2 friends named Ronald Wesley and Hermione Granger. I have read through Book 1, Book 2, and Book 3. Also I have read All 3 tasks. It takes place at Hogwarts. One of my fovorite caracters Is Harry Potter because he has a sense couage and bravery. I would recommend this book because you can get a sense of the other world.

We went to the Aquatic Center at the Spring Lake High School in November ‘08. It was amazing!! The center has a BIG BLUE SLIDE,a lazy river,Rope,and a red bucket. This pic is at the Aquatic Center on the girls bench side. The Aquatic Center is one of my absolutely favorite places!!
